Grout Maintenance
Grout is a maintenance item. Grout will be affected by normal wood shrinkage & house settling. The common result is cracking at the corners of the tub enclosure or at the junction of tile at the tub or shower base. These situations are easily remedied by filling the crack with a grouting compound available at Home Improvement Centers. New grout may vary in color from the original.
Sealing grout is a Homeowner option and responsibility.
